Deven Ravel
About
Deven Ravel established his roots as a servant-leader as a Marine Infantry Commander (rank of Captain) with experience in planning and leading complex counterinsurgency missions in Afghanistan. Deven used his experiences to coach a team of Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) scientists and personnel from the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab (MCLW) in the development and testing of a robotic technology to aid troops in combat. He also developed and led a training program to help transform the planning methodologies of the United Arab Emirates Presidential Guard Reconnaissance forces. Deven transitioned to the civilian sector in 2014 and currently facilitates project intake, PPM software education, and PMO governance for Medica Health Plans.
