These projects have given me extensive experience delivering results on fast-paced, high-tech teams while keeping the environment energetic, fun, and sustainable. 

Responsible for coordinating diverse teams on products ranging from small incubations to well established, on packaged products and cloud services, with local and remote employees, my well-rounded background provides a valuable perspective.

From optimizing process and dependencies for team agility, to running daily project status and issue triage meetings, managing vendor companies, to designing and implementing specific features using cross-team influence, my focus always remains on what is best for the overall project and customers. I understand technical details and coding, project management and SDLC, team dynamics, project vision, and customer expectations, making me a valuable asset to any team. 

I have been integral to major projects that brought the x64 hardware architecture to the mainstream, that hardened Windows XP security for the Internet age, that gave Microsoft a seat at the supercomputing table, and that powered one of the most anticipated Xbox games of 2014.
