About
I am a Scientific Python Developer working in the Data Analysis Tools Branch of Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI). At STScI, I work to develop and maintain data analysis and visualization tools for NASA's space observatories, including the Hubble Space Telescope (HST), James Webb Space Telescope (JWST), and Wide Field Infrared Space Telescope (WFIRST).
I am also the principle software developer and architect of gGui, an open-source, fully documented, data visualization software written in the Glue Visualization library and Python for the gPhoton GALEX archive at the STScI's Mikulski Archive for Space Telescope (MAST). gGui began from my time as an STScI intern, and I continue to contribute to gGui on my own time on GitHub. I strongly believe in open source software and science to advance the work of the astronomy community.
