With over 18 years' experience of helping development teams and organisations transition to Agile and Lean, including the current move to agentic development-driven teams, I am able to use my background as a software engineer and team lead to help explain Agile and Lean principles to both technical and non-technical people. While I have a range of Agile and Lean techniques I can apply to any situation, I tend to focus not just on the mechanics, but on the reasons why the Agile/Lean approach produces results.
