I’m Diviesh, an accomplished Agile Coach / Scrum Master with strong servant leadership values. Harnessing Agile principles to optimise software development lifecycle, I consistently exceed expectations. I bring a robust technical background, with 25 years’ experience in technical IT management. Having worked extensively in Scrum-based project work, 4 years ago, I made the move to Agile Coach / Scrum Master. My experience includes Scrum, Kanban and Lean approaches. I’m well-qualified with CSP-SM, ICP-ACC, Prince2 and ITIL certification. Currently, I’m a Development Project Manager (Scrum Master) at leading retail commerce software provider PCMS Group/Flooid. I collaborate with, facilitate, lead and coach various distributed Scrum teams during development/customisation of internal POS software products within retail industries worldwide. Previously I was Scrum Master for Evolve Consultants, playing an integral role in end to end bespoke software development projects, internally and externally. I excel at driving the adoption and enforcement of Scrum rules, removing impediments, and fostering self-management. Championing the difference between ‘Doing Agile’ and ‘Being Agile’ is a particular personal strength, focusing on a collaborative mindset, behaviours and team velocity. My ability to work creatively and analytically in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments has been key to my success. I have a real aptitude for stakeholder communication and networking at all levels. Driven and resilient, I deliver results - challenging constructively as needed.
