After get my Scrum Master certification back in 2010 I managed to make the Agile transformation in the company I used to work at the time. Fortunately things went well and even after a change of business direction the company opted to stick with Scrum as Software Development framework.

Then I decided to move to Europe during mid 2010 end of 2011 and as well implemented a Scrum team in BNP Paribas, Paris to develop software related to financial market.

Back in Brazil again during 2012 and 2016 and had the opportunity to work in one on the biggest bank in South America and the biggest in Brazil, Banco Bradesco, and once more used Scrum and Kanban for the development team and support team.

Now, back to Europe once more, I was hired by a big european bank to start the digital transformation of a 220 people or approximately 18 teams working on daily basis with Scrum and Kanban.
