Deidra Miller

Deidra Miller I am currently a SCRUM Master at Dart Container working with the Web Technologies Group. I am SCRUM master of all development activities including Projects sanctioned by the PMO, as well as enhancements items prioritized by our Business Relationship Managers. I work for 3 different development teams including SharePoint Developers, Web and ABAP Developers and Application Developers. I am the first official dedicated SCRUM Master at the company. We are working to try to increase the awareness of Agile and SCRUM within our organization. I am working with the managers of each of the development teams to try to set a standard SCRUM framework and processes within the teams to have consistency for developers across the Web Technologies org as well as with our supporting business partners and with our business customers.
