Extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt), and Process and Production Engineering.

Professional with experience in managing engineers and operational teams, as well as multidisciplinary project teams (up to 100 employees) .

Responsible for the creation and management of Production Engineering of the entire company (with 21 members) and the restructuring of the organization with project teams in one of the units (400 employees).

Responsible for managing projects, from large changes in the layouts and development of equipment and devices till continuous improvement programs such as SMED, 5 Ss, and suggestions program.

International experience both by direct contact and conference call with technical and business teams from countries like U.S., Germany, Spain, Mexico, India, and Pakistan, as well as field work with multicultural teams in the U.S. and Chile.

Graduated in Mechatronic Engineering, Master in Production Engineering, MBA in Project Management and certifications in the area as PMP, PRINCE2, and CSM.
