Dorin Lupu

Dorin has an IT background and he loves to share his optimism and knowledge with all who want to listen. He trains colleagues in his company on lean principles, scrum and agile methodic and acts as a change multiplicator on the agile pillar for the Service Technology (IT) Department where he is working in. As part of his innovative way of thinking he introduced for the very first time concepts like FedEx Day in the organization.

• Experience with onsite teams as well as distributed teams (onsite - offshore) and different cultures
• Certified Trainer (BaTB - Bundesverband ausgebildeter Trainer und Berater) on agile methodologies
• Provide trainings and coaching on Scrum, Kanban, XP
• Meeting design and facilitation Support Change Projects in the organization both within and outside the team
• Nominated as Change Champion among other 200 employees out of more than 5000 in the company to drive and implement the cultural change across the company
