Dorin is an adaptive organizational coach, supporting medium and large organizations to persist and thrive in an ever-changing world by being structurally sound and flexible.

At the core he is an agile practitioner and his coach education is rooted in Co-Active Coaching and Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) blended with Leadership Circle Profile and its derivates.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the industry and worked in various roles like software engineering, team lead, trainer, coach, facilitator, change-maker and transformation consultant in the telecommunication and automotive industry, in large multinational corporations like Telefónica and BMW Autonomous Driving.

During the last 16 years he gained plenty of hands-on experience supporting organizations to be more adaptive and developing high performing teams as part of large agile transformation programs.
