Denise Hoyos

Denise Hoyos is an IT Manager at the Boeing Company.  She has been working in the software development field for 20 years. Denise is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has extensive experience managing software development projects as well as large programs.  She has worked in the cellular  and aerospace industries for most of her career. Denise started applying LEAN and agile principles to software development in the last 5 years and has been able to establish an environment for her teams to also adopt these principles.  When Denise is not working she enjoys working home projects, her family and has an active lifestyle.
