Lean entrepreneur, Agile coach and Process improvement champion... From the end of my PhD. studies, I have climbed the ladder of management thought several high-tech companies holding various roles and responsibilities and managing many highly skilled R&D teams. During these past 10 years, I have learned a lot, taught, shared, improved, changed, adapted, and of course pivoted and persevered many times! I have always looked out for new ways and ideas for continuous improvement methods that I could share and build great teams upon. I strive to go the the bottom of things to make sure I get it and therefore became a PMP, a TSP coach, a Scrum master and a Lean 6 Sigma green belt. Now I am president of my own company.
