Agile Experience

1. As part of the top UK Insurance company, worked   on the initiative of introducing SAFe at the top and re-structuring the current delivery team into specific Platform and Feature teams (Agile teams) whose focus would be on specific areas of the complex and large IT landscape.
2. Lead a new IT engagement for a top UK based Aircraft engine manufacturer, as part of the initiative was involved in setting up a new vendor distributed IT team to work on Agile Methodology for the development of their new sensor data capturing and analysis platform.
3. Worked as a Scrum Master for a large-scale migration activity of a top Mobile company, the scope involved working with different vendors and suppliers involved in the migration of Application, Data Center and IT infrastructure from the existing to the new Organization.
4. Got introduced to Agile in 2011 while working for top semi-conductor manufacturer as part of their scrum team in developing and delivering the next generation of Marketing and co-Branding suites of applications.
