With 16+ years experience, of which 13+ years in the financial industry (Societe Generale CIB, BNP Paribas CIB, Credit Agricole CIB and Le Credit Lyonnais), I worked on various international organizational and IT projects across Europe and Asia (Japan, South Korea, India, Hong Kong & China and Singapore). As a problem solver with a high sense of client satisfaction, I conducted process and business analysis, realized business and technical requirements and always looked for opportunities of streamlining and risks mitigation. These projects involved international and cross functional teams.
