Dana Crobarger - I have been working in the healthcare field for over 18 years.  I have worked in private practice, emergency and corporate healthcare environments performing tasks from front office, to back office, to hands-on patient care, to medical billing, to medical transcription, to Home Health, to certified EMT, to systems analysis, to system design and testing, to business analysis. 

I feel that my extensive experience helps me to see the big picture from a real-life perspective, while always keeping the end user experience in mind.
