I am a Certified Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). In addition to agile modalities I am experienced in hybrid and waterfall methodologies as taught by Project Management Institute (PMI). I am also well versed in design thinking and UX/UI design. Throughout my career I have managed products and processes in technology including mobile app development, mobile-enhanced website, Salesforce products and various Cloud Based Software as a Service products. I specialize in enterprise-level, multisite organizational transformations and implementations with significant experience in the healthcare and financial sectors. For the past five years I have been developing a strong niche in working with Start-ups seeking to scale. I developed my skills in the healthcare sector operating in the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Program Officer of large nonprofits in New York City while managing a portfolio of projects with budgets ranging from 2 MIL up to 36 MIL. Holding a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and executive education from Harvard Business School, I am well versed in the development of fiscal projections and program/project budgets. Technical knowledge and skills include SQL, MongoDB, JSON, Python, Javascript, HTML5, CSS, DevOps, Jira, Asana, Github, Salesforce products, Slack, Teams, Zoom, AWS, Power BI, ChatGPT4. I have served as agile project manager and coach for Machine Learning (ML) teams, Business Analytics teams, web and mobile app development teams, Apex dev teams, Middleware / API development teams as well as hardware and process focused teams.
