DEBASHISH BHOWMICK is the Head of Technology at Dnet from Dhaka, Bangladesh. His expertise area includes Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Coaching, Project Management Tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Interval, Trello, UXPIN etc.), and consultation about IT based solution. He has more than 19 years of full-time working experience in different programming languages. He has been following Agile philosophy and principles for last 10 years and working as scrumpractitioner for more than 7 years as ScrumMaster and Agile Coach. He played one of the key roles to introduce Scrum in his current company few years ago. Since then he has worked as Scrum Master or as Scrum Product Owner in different projects in his organization. As he is the only one Scrum-alliance certified Scrum Master, Scrum Developer and Scrum Product Owner of his current organization, he is also responsible for conducting multiple Scrum trainings and workshops over there. He also provides free Scrum training to other organizations and also conducting personal workshops in order to introduce and promote Scrum in the software industry of Bangladesh. He has also worked along with Scrum Alliance and Asian Agile Forum in order to organize the first ever Regional Agile Conference in Bangladesh.
