David Niersbach
Currently a Manager of Project Mangement / Scrum Master at Zebra Technologies. My role is to bring up agile teams utilizing Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
I oversee all the Scrum rituals and help incorporate the feedback generated in the Retrospectives. The Retrospective is one of my favorite things, since that is our chance to improve.
Prior to Zebra I was a Senior Manager / Agile Coach for Hyatt and Cognizant. My assignments were working with Corporate Technology and with a large financial institution and another hospitality company.
