I have worked as Product Owner, Development Manager, Development Lead and Senior Developer. I have had the opportunity to help create the vision and strategy required to make software/SaaS products successful . My experience also includes creating and managing the backlog, conducting backlog grooming, sprint planning, and translating business requirements into software development epics, and stories. I have created and presented vision and roadmaps in front of 300+ people. I have participated in the development of many different projects and understand how to see the talents and strengths of each team member and be able to collaborate and distribute the work in the most efficient way possible. My experience has given me a diversified management background in the software industry. I love working and collaborating together in a team setting and achieve great results.
