Christoph Stoegerer
About
Christoph Stoegerer was born in 1980 in Austria. After graduation from Vienna University of Technology in 2005, he started his professional career as a Software Engineer, followed by various technology management roles mainly in the field of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Technically, his focus is in software engineering as well as interdisciplinary product development ranging from customer specific solutions to high volume electronic commodity products.
After receiving his PhD in 2012, his vested interest and professional focus moved towards agile methods, radical management and organizational change. Major interest was on the implementation of agile methods and engineering techniques in formerly waterfall-oriented organizations. Following an holistic approach, next to methods and tools, social aspects are vital in his work. Therefore, forming cross-functional teams and coaching them towards self-organization, continuous learning and outperformance are seen as crucial keys to success that turns work of inviduals into fun with friends.
