I am an Agile Coach with five years of experience in the Brazilian industry of software development on helping teams and organizations to become high-performing, to eliminate waste and to make happier and healthier workplaces for everyone. My background of work includes values and principles of the Agile Manifesto + Lean, and also practices from Scrum framework, Kanban method, eXtreme Programming, Management 3.0 and other related subject areas. As I am always learning something new, my knowledge toolkit is in constant expansion.

I was granted Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified Scrum Professional labels, all provided by Scrum Alliance.

I am a researcher in the field of Agile adoption by organizations, and on my master's degree I am trying to find if there's any relation between the steps organizations take to adopt Agile and some of their characteristics (like size, country of location).

I like to share ideas, information and knowledge with other people, so I wrote some articles on Brazilian magazines, helped on the Brazilian translation of the 2013's Scrum Guide version from Scrum.org and published a short paper at the Agile Conference in 2014, in Orlando - USA. I also love to attend Agile, leadership and coaching conferences in Brazil, and I have just started my journey to attend them all over the world to be always fresh with industry practices and experiences.

Lastly, as a human being I am very curious, questioner and a good listener. Challenges excite me!
