I am a seasoned program/project and business process management specialist with a strong track record of implementing effective methodology to ensure procedures, processes, and overall workflow remain efficient and productive. As a self-motivated, analytical, and highly organized individual, I embrace and drive strategic change, challenge the status quo, and gain business support while aligning an enterprise toward streamlined, cost-reducing processes.

Throughout my career, I have continuously maintained a vision of the big picture. I understand that enhancing process effectiveness may not be a one-time project, but in fact a series of repeatable changes. My ability to initiate and sustain change is due to my talent for leveraging change management techniques to encourage adoption and adherence to new procedures while driving organizational success and outcomes.

Activities I manage include planning, performing, and implementing process improvement initiatives in addition to ownership of operational processes. These initiatives often represent one portion of a large project or a standalone function within a work group or a department. Either way, teamwork and collaboration are my focus. I ensure all business processes are executed in support of overall enterprise goals, which in turn emphasize the achievement of internal/external customer expectations.

With a passion for cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, I seek solutions and solicit feedback from all levels within an organization. This requires exceptional relationship-building skills, which I have gained over years of cross-cultural communication and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving team environments.
