I have been active in Scrum and Agile for over 10 years in the software industry as team member, Scrum Master, Product Owner and project owner, as well as trainer, coach and mentor for studio teams. I have also provided individual, organization coaching and agile certification training.

Scrum and Agile are a passion for me and I love watching teams reach for and achieve agile success. Learning Agile in the video game space pushed my agility and interpretations of what it means to be agile every day as I worked to improve opportunities to build highly functionlity teams and help them commit and deliver in an environment that blends technology, creativity, and passion.

I currently blog about the people aspects of Agile and Scrum called Agile Purpose to focus on the less tangible aspects but most important elements of becoming Agile.
