I have been working in the Gaming Industry for couple of years and am now working in the Lighting Solutions and Management industry with Zumtobel. I started in Romania, I then moved to Gibraltar, Vienna for a while and now Dornbirn.
I have started my Agile journey as a Scrum Master and then gradually started coaching my teams as well as third parties was working with to implement Agile. I have worked as a Scrum Master on software development projects as well as organizational projects focused on implementing and adopting DevOps concepts while using Agile / Kanban.
I then moved to play a Product Owner role, focused on operational excellence working with Lean Operations teams as well as forward development, Infrastructure, etc, supporting a variety of stakeholders and gathering the requirements from these.
I now work with Zumtobel and am excited by the new challenges : managing the Controls & Systems complex portfolio and working with various stakeholders across the group.
I like to read about DevOps and how other companies made it and believe that one should constantly chalenge the status quo in order to improve things continuously.
