Candi Morris

Candi Morris has been working in infrastructure and data center tooling development and integration for over 20 years. Her team members have been in various project utilizing the scrum/agile framework for over 3 years. As a software engineer, Ms Morris was on several teams that utilized agile software development practices, such as pair programming, test-driven design, and extreme programming.  From that experience, and with the agile transformation of the workplace, Ms Morris became a scrum master, forming a new team that had members in various locations, and utilizing the SAFe methodologies.  The agile/scrum ceremonies were put in place, and the team successfully delivered software according to the priorities laid out by the product manager and product owner.  A new job opportunity led to a position of scrum master for an existing team, and building that team for new contracts as they became available. Ms. Morris is now the scrum master for three software development teams.
