Since 2010 I have been part of software development teams. Coaching agile methods and finding ways to improve workflows, teamwork and creating incremental delivery. I am certified as CSP and CSM with Scrum Alliance and I have wide practical experience with agile methodologies such as DSDM and XP. And I have a IPMA D project management background.
I have been a central part of several Agile transformations within large companies. Establishing new scrum teams and demonstrating the potential of agile setups. I know a lot of the common pitfalls and dilemmas and how to handle them from my own experience and from being part of scrum master networks.
Every day I strive to end dysfunctional workflows and to create creative and productive environments which from my solid experience makes people more satisfied and motivated in work life.
