Carl Manaster

Carl Manaster is a liberal political activist.  He's been programming computers for over twenty years.  He's fond of information visualization and working in science.  He's written Data Loom and Data Stripes for visualization of multivariate data, Allelogram, and other programs.  He's an advocate of XP and Agile generally, but rarely has the opportunity to practice more than TDD and refactoring.
