About
I am Christina Lee, a Project Manager at the Land Transport Authority of Singapore.
I have worked in different industries ranging from consumer electronics, automotive and currently in the public sector. In all these organisations that I was working in, Scrum was applied and worked well, although not always using the same set of practices. The common benefits were that the teams had the impediments de-conflicted earlier and faster, which resulted in faster turnaround in their tasks, grow to be more predictable, and delivered better results.
I had the opprtunity to serve as the role of the Product Owner as well as Scrum Master.
In my most current organisation, my role was to deploy the Scrum best practices such as prioritising the product backlog based on their value, and helping the team to remove blockages to facilitate their development and testing work. As there was a major new project on Account-Based Ticketing ongoing, these practices helped us to resolve issues fast and we were able to commission the new system on time.
