Christian Kofler
About
Christian Kofler started his agile adventure in 2002 as a student of the University of Applied Sciences in Worms, Germany. Working as a research assistent at the Center for Technology Transfer and Telecommunications he learned to run software development in Xtreme Programming teams. This initial experience has evolved over time into a strong background in agile principles and practices.
After a Scrum Master training with Jeff Sutherland in 2012, Christian has set up two teams with 12 people in total working in India together with software development teams in Germany. A defining experience to see Scrum at scale coming alive.
In 2016, Christian joined his home University again as lecturer and Agile Coach. The combination of working with Scrum teams on the job and regular academic research and coaching leads to his strong insight into theory and practice of agile.
Christian joind Bagilstein GmbH in 2019 as Agile Coach and supports a multitude of customers in finding their right way of work, with the right set of agile practices.
