Chris Howard is a Certified Scrum Master and Agile Coach with 10+ years experience in software development and 5+ years experience coaching teams in the adoption and practice of Agile software development. As a servant leader, he leads teams in the use of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP and broader Agile practices in order to deliver value to the business as quickly as possible. He's passionate about continuous improvement, short feedback loops and visualisation. His teams love to collaborate, inspect and adapt, take ownership of business goals and to show off the great software they build. He enjoys taking on challenging projects and helping teams focus on what's important in order to deliver quality software on schedule. Over the last few years Chris has specialised in the delivery of mobile responsive web applications, particularly within the eCommerce domain, across both project-based and optimisation initiatives.
