Christina Grant has been an agile practitioner for over 10 years, as a scrum master, product owner, trainer and coach. Initially exploring agile through XP, a move to Scrum in 2008 meant never looking back at traditional software development and project management. Since then, a variety of teams, projects, and roles have given her a chance to explore scrum in depth.
At HealthGrades, Christina worked as a Scrum Master on a variety of projects from front end consumer websites to data operations and warehousing projects. As a trainer and coach, she supported an organizational transformation from waterfall to Scrum - helping to standup new teams and coaching existing teams - including transitioning an operations team to Kanban to better support the team's workload.
At CenturyLink, Christina worked as a Scrum Master and Agile coach supporting the eCommerce website programs. As an agile coach, she coaches around six teams in scrum best practices, in addition to working with business and IT management to support transitioning to agile. At the organizational level, Christina provides training for scrum teams, product owners, and scrum masters.
