Carlie Cornell has used, trained, coached and evangelized Scrum and agile software development since 2007. She is a big fan of the visibility the approach gives to work that normally lives inside the heads of team members. Amazing what 15 minutes of conversation each day can trigger!
Carlie was the first North America Scrum Mentor at SAP from 2007 to 2009. She has since taught teams at US Airways, Corsicana Bedding, NCH Corporation, ACTIVE Network and Mouser Electronics. She is currently plotting to write a paper about which practices must be adhered to, and which can be adapted to the needs of different teams.
