Christine Brunn

Christine Brunn is working as an agile coach, mentor, facilitator and trainer. Christine enjoys helping people growing into their full potential. She has been highly focussed on encouraging people to improve and influence the processes to the better already when she was working as a team and project manager. During this period she also got her certification as a Systemic Coach (ISCO AG). 

Christine had more than 10 years of experience as a software developer in embedded environments as well as in complex management systems. In her time as consultant she worked for various kinds of companies before her responsibility changed to leading projects and leading and coaching people. 

Christine worked several years as manager in the traditional project management environment before she started to help her teams transit to agile. This enables her to compare the varying approaches of how to lead organisations.

Christine is a member of the agile42 team acting as agile coach and passionate about this companies mission.
