Responsible for requirement elicitation from the end-users, managed and prioritized backlog, actively participated in grooming sessions to ensure clear and concise user stories were in a state to be consumed by all team members. Created process flows and wire frame mock ups and presented to customers to ensure user stories were in line with the customer's needs.

Quality Assurance Manager. Increased the test coverage as well as automated testing where it makes sense. As a "player/coach" I was a fully integrated member of an Agile Development team that utilized the full Microsoft .NET stack. I actively participated in all of the Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand up, sprint retrospective and release planning.

Software Support Manager, lead software support team, building and overseeing a team of software support professionals tasked with resolving customer usability questions, determining if the issues they are experiencing are defective, reproducing and documenting those defect and forward to the Agile AppDev team to be added to the backlog.

I have over 20 years of experience in the software related field. I have managed technical operations teams, software support teams, business analyst teams, technical operations teams, production control team.

I am truly passionate about my work and strive to always improve personally and professionally. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I get a lot of enjoyment from working as part of a team to deliver high quality software.

I have a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Indiana State University.
