I've been developing digital products for around 10 years.

I've been a Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach, working with maintenance teams, product delivery and feature teams, specialising in developing digital products for NGOs, Charities and non-profits who focus on delivering services and innovation digitally.

As an agile coach I have volunteered for several hack4good hackathons, supporting people with ideas to shape them into product visions, as well as supporting teams into defining MVPs and prioritising features.

I have a special interest in using agile methods to address management problems outside of development teams, and gave a presentation about using "Scrum for non-technical teams" at the London Scrum User Group in October 2013. I've initiated the delivery of a series of workshops for senior managers on how to manage agile teams.
