About
Hi, I'm Bryan Young. I'm an Agile Coach at Business Insider. In my current role, I serve as a Scrum Master for two teams, focusing on our syndicated platforms (Delivery & Distribution) and our content management system (Story Creation). I also serve as an organizational coach, a mentor for Product Owners and Scrum Masters alike, as well as a facilitator for leadership conversations. I'm the founder and facilitator of our organization's Lean Coffee meetings, held every two weeks.
In previous lives (this life), I was a Project Manager at Education Dynamics, a Project Manager at New York Public Radio (also known as WNYC), a Scrum Master at WNYC, an Associate Director of Project Management at Pratt Institute while I was pursuing a certificate in User Experience Design, a Project Manager at Business Insider, and finally an Agile Coach at Business Insider.
I'm a Libra born in Massachusetts during the Reagan administration. In my free time, I'm a consummate art nerd with a record collection that would make Laurie Anderson jealous.
