Benjamin Vonlanthen did start his work in agile methodologies early in his career. He worked for a retail company first as a developer and later as a team leader before starting his journey further into developing e-commerce solutions. At the moment he works for a large media company in Switzerland called Tamedia AG as application manager for their subscription management webshop solution. There he also is in the position of CSM for the development team which is co-located in multiple places in Europe.
