Byron Manuel Valle – Implementation Business Analyst Background Byron joined e-Builder in 2011 and in his five years he has proven to be a leader on the Professional Services team with experience on complex implementations in the e-Builder portfolio. Byron has a full understanding of the e-Builder product, both the capabilities and short comings, and the ability to customized the tool around the client’s needs. He also possesses a keen understanding of industry best practices for vertical and horizontal construction, and personal drive to see those reflected in the clients’ adopted e-Builder product. Byron previously worked as a Financial Analyst for Northwestern Mutual (NM) analyzing personal financial data, client wealth accumulation, retirement planning to discover gaps in NM client’s fiscal management, retirement, and succession planning. Education & Certifications Byron holds a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in English from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL, with a focus in Technical and Creative Writing. He obtained his Certified Scrum Master Designation (CSM) in Spring 2016. Byron attends courses online through Microsoft Virtual Academy focusing in Software Development Program Management and Cloud Applications. He also is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional Designation (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). e-Builder Experience Byron was hired by e-Builder as a Sales Associate in November 2011 where he thrived and helped the Central Sales team build a pipeline to achieve Top Sales Region for two years (2013 & 2014). He independently began to learn the e-Builder tool and was promoted to a Business Analyst in Professional Services in early 2013. In his tenure, he has been involved in implementations across every vertical in e-Builder’s portfolio. He has led implementations involving system integrations for Financial Services, Documentation and Storage, Scheduling, Bidding, and BI Reporting. Byron has also designed, documented, tested, trained, and implemented custom development solutions; both specific to a single client’s needs, as well as changes to the core e-Builder Enterprise product.
