Brett Randolph

Brett Randolph - Currently seeking new opportunities in the San Francisco Bay Area in program management/engineering leadership after nearly 8 years as an engineer / technical program manager for the United States Air Force. I have had the opportunity to work on an extremely broad range of projects during my time working on B-52s, F-16s and the F-35. I have experience leading teams in excess of 60 individuals spanning 8 flight test discplines in support of a variety of planning and reporting activities, though I have experience and an appreciation for what can be done with small, high performing, and agile teams as well.  I consider my communication, facilitation and creative problem solving skills to be my greatest asset and would appreciate any opportunities to demonstrate my skills and experience for a prospective employer.
