Brigitte is a Certified Leadership Agility Coach, Certified Leadership Agility 360 Coach and Solution Focused Coach based in Austria. She supports leaders at different levels of an organization by catalyzing their growth.
Brigitte strongly believes that everyone has the right to be filled with joy at work and that people at their best will make a huge difference (for their company but also for their personal life). Being an experienced Burnout Prophylaxis Coach and Trainer, she also works intensively with people to support them escaping their personal rat race and unleash their potential.
By training, she is a process manager and certified quality management representative she had her first contact with agile methods in 2009. She is an ICF PCC, an EMCC SP and was the first female Accredited Kanban Trainer as well as Certified Team Coach in Austria.
Before becoming a coach, consultant and trainer, she worked for more than a decade as a product owner and product manager in an international software company and worked for years with Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework and Kanban.
