Bryn Langdown

Bryn Langdown is based in Sydney, has over nineteen year’s corporate experience with business advisory, customer experience, information, communications, technology consulting and delivery.

Most recently Bryn was the product owner responsible for the delivery of workplace and frontline services and capabilities at the ACS Barangaroo office environment, for ACS Members, ACS Technology Accelerator tenants, ACS Barangaroo Staff and ACS Branches.

Previously his experience includes helping organisations in the Not for Profit, Retirement Living, Hospitality and Retail sectors to understand customer experiences with a view to develop effective, innovative digital strategies.

He has worked with businesses to understand current challenges, business needs and drivers, with a view to develop future digital services approaches. In addition, he has helped organisations approach digital transformation, through the development of customer personas, journeys and roadmaps to guide the selection, design and implementation of solutions.

Bryn has worked to develop an ICT Plans and Technology Blueprints for large Retirement Living developments and Retail Centers. ICT Plans provided a way to quantify the current challenges, identify industry trends and to develop a framework approach to provide a great service experience and support business needs.
