Established, trained, and implemented Scrum, Kanban, and XP frameworks with multiple organizations using Atlassian and Microsoft platforms using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps and TFS.  Setup and helped these organizations transition from waterfall project management philosophies to agile project management philosophies.  This included the purchase, setup, process development, culture adoption planning, communication, and implementation in order to successfully move from waterfall to agile.
