Beatrice Dutoit

is a converted and passionate Agile practitioner. I started my career in the technical area, then I became a traditional project manager until a fateful day when I learned about Scrum and agile software development methods.
When I saw all the benefits with these methods (empower your team, decrease your Time to Market, customer centric) It was a revelation! For me, it makes my workdays much more efficient and meaningful!

I have worked on multiple IT development projects in the roles of Scrum Master/Project Manager and Product Owner.
In these roles I have had to anticipate, manage and resolve risks, issues, dependencies and impediments that may impact on delivery.

Working within Agile/Scrum environments I have had to personally, or with customers, monitor the Product Backlog and work towards set deadlines.
I have been able to build strong working relationships with internal and external teams and key stakeholders.
This requires excellent communication skills, the ability to listen, but also ability to be assertive as and when required.

I strive to achieve the highest standards possible and continually increase my knowledge base.
