Bo Carlsen

Bo Carlsen: I am a system analyst working with converting business needs into high-quality solutions delivered by our development team. This means working with product owners in order to figure, how the business needs are best accommodated in our platform. Working with the developers to optimize work processes and quality assurance. And helping the end users gain a better understanding of working with the solution. I am passionate about working with bridging the business and IT department in order to deliver efficiently and at a high quality. In my spare time, I volunteer in the scout's movement. On a daily basis as a scout leader for 12-16 years old scouts, where I work with training young scouts to work as a patrol, learn to lead each other and grow up, fully aware of their strengths, weaknesses, and values. Beside that I am part of a training team working with, training adult leaders in strategic leadership, communication, and working with volunteers in their part of the organizations.
