Brian Carideo is an agile practitioner with 20+ years of leadership, complex problem solving, and solution evaluation. As a servant leader, I have worked to empower Scrum Teams so they can better self-organize, improve their processes, and solve problems. This includes working with the Product Owner to write clear User Stories and plan a solid Product Roadmap. Experience has taught me the importance of Stakeholder Management so I strive to create clear lines of communication including not only regular status reporting but also creation of Project Dashboards and other Information Radiators.
Since 2022, Brian has been actively involved in developing the strategy and tactics necessary to scale agile practices across the Columbia Sportswear organization, starting with the technology group. Among other things, Brian has been involved in building teams, creating a bespoke scaling model, and developing individuals as agile leaders. This kind of cultural change to a large enterprise is a years-long endeavor to which Brian is committed.
