With over 5 years in IT support experience, I am currently a Help-desk Support Engineer at BT Conferencing and I serve as a help-desk analyst on the User Support team providing phone, email support, the point of contact to clients who experiencing system problems as well as ticket establishment and routing of all other inquiries to other system experts.
