With more than 16 years of experience in the California tech trenches, Adam has written code as an individual contributor, run teams as a manager, and managed companies as an entrepreneur. His clients have included Oracle, Symantec, Hewlett Packard, and Pfizer. Since discovering Scrum he has focused on helping teams transition from traditional project management to Scrum which promotes transparency, innovation, predictability, and happiness.
Adam is passionate about teaching and has created several innovative modules on Scrum that have been used by Certified Scrum Trainers around the world for companies including Intel and Expedia. His training approach is interactive and immersive. He teaches a number of both private and public Scrum courses across the country, and coaches teams that are looking to improve.
He is a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer, holds a number of patents from his days as a developer, and enjoys writing about himself in the 3rd person.
