Anirudh Srivastava

Anirudh Srivastava is a senior digital expert in McKinsey, India. He has more than 20+ years of experience in software industry with focus on solution and enterprise architecture, design and development of enterprise scale software application in various verticals such as Public Sector, manufacturing, insurance and Banking industries. His focus area includes Enterprise and Solution Architecture using 2-Speed IT, agile software management and development, software engineering and DevOps practices for Rapid Process Digitization. Currently, working on overall IT solution for Smart City project.

He has lead the following projects most recently in the past 2 years:

• IT lead Smart City project for one of the city government in India, 
• IT Architecture Diagnostics for Digital Transformation of Public sector bank in India,
• Project Management, IT architecture and agile software development of the Digital Mobile Apps for the Learning Management System for Public Sector organization in Saudi Arabia.
• Led the IT Architecture Assessment for Digital Transformation of Telecom company in Jakarta, Indonesia 
• Led the Digital Transformation end state IT architecture and agile software development of the Digital Mobile App and responsive web application for major Telecom company in Malaysia and NGO in India. 

Prior to joining McKinsey, he worked with The World Bank as Senior Technology Consultant and with Microsoft as CTO for India most recently and has worked as senior technologist in India, USA, UK, and Japan for some of the large enterprises such as Visa, American Express, Sony, Hitachi, etc.
