Greetings! I am Abhishek Sharma, thanks for taking time to review my profile, I’ll try to introduce myself with following questions and their answers from my perspective

What is my experience so far in last 14 years of my career?

I am a people leader, an agile delivery manager, a certified scrum Professional and an agile coach with over 14 years of experience in Agile, Rapid application development and traditional project delivery. We have been designing solutions for financial services Industry in following domains viz. Equities, derivatives, reference data, Capital markets and commercial banking.
As an agile professional, I have been facilitating sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations for last 48 months for my organization.
I work closely with product owners, product managers and other important stakeholders to get the right support and to proactively manage risk and remove impediments for team

I also work as an offshore people manager for my team which asks for wearing different thinking hats at different times and demands a lot of communication, conflict management and planning
In past assignments I also had the opportunity to lead transformation programs and cost simplification drives where I had saved circa 100 grands for my department. I have a keen entrepreneur’s mind-set which keeps me motivated to look for areas where we can improve business value for our customers and for the organization I work for.

What is my passion with agile way of working, excellence and effectiveness?

I am very passionate about training people on agile methodologies, project management, software estimation techniques and service excellence. I have been fortunate to train and coach close to 150+ leads and managers in my current organization.
I am an evangelist for using agile practices and service excellence in my organization with focus on TOFU (Taking Ownership and Following Up), Focus on customer Service and other good practices like promoting use of smart objectives, Goals and 30/60/90 day plans in team for tracking progress.

How I had been contributing technically?

I am deft in handling database development assignments and also have good Knowledge of database design (Sybase, Oracle, Mango DB), development & Performance Tuning, Scripting (Shell & Perl), I have fair understanding on Java and .NET based Web applications. I also have exposure in carrying out the maintenance of projects with L2 & L3 Support
