Atit Shah

Atit Shah - Born and brought up in a middle-class Shah family, in the city of woods, on the Western Indian State of Gujarat ruled by the royal Gaekwad dynasty of the Marathas named Vadodara. Initial schooling at Don Bosco High School with science major in higher secondary and later achieved my Bachelors in Mechatronics Engineering (the combination of Mechanical+ Electronics+Computers i.e. Robotics Engg) from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar (An education city). Flew to the US in 2008 to gain better knowledge and understanding of Business Management but ended up graduating at the time of the most challenging period in the history of the world. (wrong timing :)) With initial struggle and facing hard times decided to shift my career towards Information Technology Industry (didn't want to move back empty-handed). Jumped in at the very basic level with the Software Engineer - QE opportunity and found my dream with Scrum and Agile methodologies in the IT field. With initial experience and confidence for almost about 4 years with Agile and Scrum, decided to go ahead with my CSM and finally on 25th Sep 2015 achieved it.

I am A positive result-driven, customer-focused, Agile Evangelist and Quality Advocate, (PTL) Product Technology leader with a proven track record of value-driven delivery, offering excellent leadership, communication, and management skills leading to corporate and customer success. With my 12 plus years of experience in software Product development and Program Management, I have mastered to deliver technology with clear accountability, collaboration, align technology with context, customers, and feedback. Expert in quality software delivery with an MVP approach, agility, and fast time-to-market (TTM) products that can scale, be measured, and optimized to meet corporate and customer global needs. I believe the key to success is Self-Discipline, Planning, Organization, Knowledge leading to Innovation, Communication, and Retrospect.
